Karunamoy Mukerji Scholarship
One of our early initiatives, KMF adopted a resolution to start a Scholarship in memory of Dr. (Prof.) Karunamoy Mukerji, Former Professor of the Dept. of Economics & Politics, Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan.
The University accepted a donation of Rs. 50,000/- from Dr. (Mrs.) Bina Mukerji wife of Dr. (Prof.) Karunamoy Mukerji, for creation of an endowment fund in the loving memory of Late Dr. (Prof.) Karunamoy Mukerji.
The Department at its BOS meeting dated: 14-02-2009 resolved to give away the awards from the year 2005.
